I would highly recommend Marbella For Life to anyone looking to purchase a property. We decided that we would like to buy a property abroad and contacted a few estate agents. A few came back to us straight away and I chose Marbella For Life after talking to Tracy, as she was friendly, she put me at ease and I just had a good feeling about her ability to meet our needs. Nothing seemed too much trouble – I explained what we were looking for and when we would be coming over to Spain. We had a very short time scale to view properties and didn’t have time to waste looking at places that just didn’t suit.We were not disappointed. I gave Tracy a list of the properties that we wanted to view (around 10 of them) and she advised on the ones that were not what we would be looking for either because of size or location and suggested a couple of others instead. I said that I probably wouldn’t like one of Tracy’s suggestions but we viewed it anyway: as it turned out it was perfect and just what we were looking for, and we put in an offer the very next day.Tracy arranged for a really nice and knowledgeable chap called Mike who picked us up from our hotel and spent the whole day taking us to various pre-arranged properties to view.From start to finish, Mike was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He told us about the area as we were driving around, and he even took us around the areas of the properties that we quite liked to get a feel for the surroundings. We also stopped for some much needed coffees and some lunch. Tracy is always on the end of the phone when you ring and is very helpful. She kept us well informed and she knows her stuff. My emails were always replied to promptly and she gave us great advice about purchasing a property abroad and what we would need to do. We felt that she was always on the ball and very efficient.I would certainly use Marbella For Life again (especially Tracy) and would most definitely recommend them.I wish all companies and all their staff and were as efficient and helpful as Tracy and Mike.
